BASKETBALL

WHO WE ARE

The Blaze basketball program is a member of AAU and The Basketball HUB.  We offer year round competitive basketball for boys and girls in grades  2nd – Varsity. The majority of our teams play in tournaments within northern California. Our premier teams play in state and outside of California. We have one of the most successful and organized Club basketball programs in California and will teach your son or daughter basketball fundamentals that prepare them for middle and high school basketball. Practices are held 2x per week during the Spring/Summer season.  We also offer a Fall program during September – November. To learn more about our fall program, click here.

OUR TEAMS

PREMIER- (9u-17u) Our premier teams are our top level teams that compete locally and play 4-5 out of area/state events. These teams consist of our top players who have advance fundamental skills and have committed themselves to becoming the best of the best.

BLACK  (9u-17u) Our Black teams will compete locally and play in 1-2 out of area events. These teams will play at the division II level of competition.

SILVER – (9u-17u) Our Silver teams will compete locally and play in 1 out of area events. These teams will play at the division III level of competition.

REGISTRATION

Spring/Summer: Season runs from February – July and is tournament play. The majority of our teams are traveling locally and playing specifically in tournaments on the weekends.  Some teams will travel nationally. 2022 registration now open.

  • Administrative Costs
  • Coach Stipend

We have a small budget to assists families in need. We will ask for financial documentation in order to consider you for assistance.  We ask that you strongly consider other families that are in serious need of help before you apply for assistance from us.  2021 financial applications will be available in December 2021.

SCHEDULES

Games/Tournament/Hotel Schedule:

During the spring/summer season our teams will play a minimum of 10 tournaments. During the fall season players will play in a local league and a couple of tournaments. Click here for information on our fall season. Often times we will play more than what is advertised on our schedule. Each tournament is run by a different club and the times are different each weekend. Parents should plan to be available the entire day from 8am – 8pm. We typically will receive the tournament schedule the Thursday prior to that weekend’s tournament.

Uniforms – PLEASE READ

Attention – Players are responsible for their uniform fee of $125 at uniform fitting day. Uniform fittings for the 2022 teams will be held on Sunday, December  19th, 2021 at the Clayton community gym; 700 gym court, Clayton Ca. A check for $125 is due for the uniforms at the time of fittings. Price includes 2 custom reversible uniforms, practice jersey, shooting shirt and backpack.
UNIFORM PACKAGE

December 19th, 2021 Uniform fitting times:

  • 9u – 10u players: 10 am
  • 11u – 12u players: 11:30 am
  • 13u – 14u players: 1 pm

February 20th, 2022 High school team uniform fittings:

  • Boys after tryouts
  • Girls after tryouts

All players must have a Blaze Game Jersey, shorts, practice jersey and shooting shirt to participate in our program.

Refund Policy

Requested by March 1st = 75% refund, by March 15th = 50% refund, after March 15th = No Refund. Season ending injury = A prorated credit for future Blaze or All Out Sports League event. No refund will be granted due to an act of God, man made or natural disaster, pandemic, or a planned PG&E power outage.
